Site Plot and Phases

After Voldemort’s defeat in 1997, Hogwarts was closed. Adults feared for the children’s safety and the Ministry of magic could no longer be trusted. Despite not being trusted the Ministry of Magic continued in their efforts. Their main effort was to capture any remaining dark wizards. Every capture was written in the Daily Prophet with more detail than the Ministry would normally allow. Once captured they were put on trail and sent to Azkaban if found guilt. Even after they cleaned up the wizarding world the Ministry kept a secret task force of Aurors that would keep tabs on various wizards that were deemed suspicious. This task force, of ten or so Aurors, still works to this day to keep everyone safe. In 2004 Aurora Davis, a former Auror for the Ministry of magic, introduced a plan to reopen Hogwarts. After years of planning and rebuilding, Hogwarts was reopened in 2009. The first couples of years were rocky but after time the school saw more students and is beginning to carry its normal number of students.

Has the trust of the Ministry of Magic is still on the mend some of the people that manage to form a rebellion. With old and new members the dark rising, they start with their eye set on destroying the Ministry of Magic then Hogwarts. Once they have enough power they plan a series of attacks that threaten to close Hogwarts, and what is left of the wizarding world, down for good.

Phase I

Phase I: The Rebuilding of Hogwarts
With Hogwarts now open few parents send their children for its first term. Despite rumors that it would be closing again the school remains open and over the years Hogwarts starts to increase in number. With its successful open people eventually come around and start to rebuild the nearby town of Hogsmeade. Within a couple of years the school successfully remains open with no incidents. During this time the Ministry has increased the security of the school with various Aurors that roam the halls and grounds.

Phase II

Three terms after the schools successful reopening so trouble arises. Rumor has is that there is a group of adults that have strongly disagreed with the schools rules and History is trying to repeat itself. A former wizard, whom was thought to be dead, has been seen around Knockturn Alley. Back before the school ever closed he was married with a child and on the dark lord’s side. After his demise he and a few others vanished while the rest were thrown in Azkaban. Moving around the wizarding town he slowly gathers support from former and new supporters for an attack on the wizarding world.
