Glad To Be Back [open]

Jordan walked passed the crowds has he made his way to the train. After a trip home he was glad to be going back to Hogwarts. He'd miss the school and his girlfriend very much. And things would be different this time around. Jordan had made prefect which did shock him. After the fight with Seth he was sure that he wouldn't get a prefect badge. Dressed in black jeans and a My Chemical Romance t-shirt he continued to make his way through the students that were still hanging around with their parents.

Once his trunk and things were on the train he scanned the crowd for familiar faces but failed to recognize any. Boarding the train he made his way straight to the back knowing that most of the compartments in the front were already filled. Opening a door to an empty one he walked in setting his bag down on the left. Taking a seat on the right he looked out the window has he waited for the train to depart.

<sup>Mimi's back! The break had been somewhat great. Mimi got to visit her dear mum and that was great for she was the only family Mimi could remember that is actually living.

During the break, Mimi didn't get to do much things but things had been done. Being back to school is both exciting and something else. Mimi coudln't find the word for that something else though. How would the school year change? Is it that different to be from a firstie to a second year? Mimi wasn't sure but she hope that her second year would be great.

As Mimi boarded the train, she does not know where to seat. Mimi started looking for a place to stay but the door that she has opened were full of people who just stare at her like she's some crazy kid so she just slowly closed the door and looked for another compartment. The next compartment that she opened though was occupied. It was occupied by Jordan? Mimi believe that that is the guy's name but she wasn't completely sure.

"Can i stay here?" Mimi asked him, standing by the door.</sup>

Has Jordan stared out of the window he began to think of his break at home. He was a little bummed that he didn't really spend much time with his siblings or parents. Things were different between them since the death of his grandmother. He blinked has he was snapped out of his gaze when he heard the door open.

Turning he smiled a little has he now had company. It was the girl he had met in the courtyard last term. He remembered her well because of her name, Mimi. It was unique. "Of course you can Mimi." he replied. "How was your break?"

<sup>Mimi waited for the boy's respond. It didn't really matter if he said that he was saving the seat's for a couple of his friends but whatever. He could be though. When the guy finally answered her, Mimi smiled. Yay. She has a place to stay! At least on the ride back to school.

"Great" Mimi said to him. It was nice being with her mum in the break. It was little time but it she thought that it was enough. She couldn't wait for the next break. Not only visiting her mum a great thing but visiting the other place, erm, the shack is it? It was fun, although she saw no ghost around or anything exciting.

"How was your break?" she asked him.</sup>

Jordan watched has Mimi came into the compartment. And from the commotion outside of the window the train would be leaving soon. He looked back to the window has he could see parents rushing their kids on to the train. Jordan turned back to her has she began to speak again. "Mine was good. Just went back home." he replied.

Now that he had time to decompress and really think about it, he wished he had stayed. He was hoping that the trip would be uplifting. This trip had left him a little on the depressed side but he wasn't going to let it get to him now. "How was your break?" he asked in return.

<sup>Mimi smiled. That was nice, she guess. If he considers home a good thing, then being home during the break was a great thing. For other people, going home may not be a good thing so poor them.

"Break was nice" she told him and looked around the room. Mimi didn't know whether she had brought cookies today. Hmm...maybe she did. But where was it? Mimi couldn't remember. Maybe she ate it earlier. Maybe not.

The Slytherin frowned then checked her pockets. Nope, there was nothing there. Mimi looked back at Jordan and said "I would have given you cookies but i can't find it" Mimi has a habit of asking people if they would like a cookie but unfortunately, it was not in her pockets, maybe it's in her bag?

"Hold on" Mimi said to him and she opened her small bag and searched whether she has her bag of cookies there. There it is! Mimi found the cookies. The girl took out the cookies and offered some top Jordan. "Want some?" she asked. Yay, she found the cookies!</sup>

Jordan nodded has he learned that her break was good has well. That would make him feel like crap for bringing it up if she hadn't. He didn't want to bring up any bad memories or anything like that. Sitting back to relax he watched has she was looking for something. Frowning just a tad he had hoped that she did have cookie since she bring it up and all. But then smiled has she did have some.

"Yay!" he said softly,more to himself, has he reached out and took one. Taking a bite he soon realized that he was a little hungry and he hadn't brought an treats with him. "Thank you." he said after enjoying his first bite. The train then jerked a little has he was ready to take off for Hogwarts. Jordan still flinched a little since he never cared for the train ride over. Trains seemed to just freak him out but he was getting use to it, some what. "SO, uh are you excited about the new term?" he asked trying to keep a conversation going.

<sup>Mimi smiled. Yay! more cookie lovers here! Mimi's glad that she's not the only one who loves cookie, but then again, a lot of people likes eating cookies because cookies are just awesome and good.

"Your welcome!" the Slytherin replied and smiled. Mimi took a cookie for herself too and bit it. Yummy! Next time Mimi was sure she would go and find the right location of the kitchen so she could make cookies or, or, or she could buy cookies for people or something like that.

Mimi looked outside and just noticed that the train had began to move. "SO, uh are you excited about the new term?" Jordan asked a second later. Mimi shrugged. She guess she's somewhat excited for the term how could she not be when she's starting it as a SECOND!!! year? Time would fly by she knew and before long, she would graduate. But what would she become then? That would be hard to decide and Mimi wouldn't want to think about that.

The Slytherin shook her head. No, she wouldn't want to think wayyyy ahead of the future. For now, she could think about what she would do as of now not what's to come in a few years, although that would be nice if she did. "How about you? Are you excited?" Mimi asked him then asked "What year are you going to be in?"</sup>
