Curfew just took affect when James started to climb the steps. He knew that it was pointless to do this but it was part of the job. Opening the door he found himself in the astronomy tower. It had been years since he was here, his 7th year her actually. Walking in he remembered how much he liked it up here and how he spent most of his times gazing at the stars. Walking over to the window he looked out and for a moment he closed his eyes and smiled. He really did miss this place.

Dressed in black robes Sara walked the halls of Hogwarts. She was quite happy with how the term was going. Walking up the steps she made her way to the astronomy tower. She knew that there would be some students up here, there always was. Walking in she saw someone standing in front of the window. Only there was no way that it was a student.
She walked closer to see who it was. She had seen him once, at the feast. "Hi." she said has she approached him. What was his name again? She figured that she would catch that when he spoke.

Turning around he faced the professor that handled the first years at the feast. "Hi." he smiled has he watched her walk toward him. Clearing his throat he spoke up. "I'm James. Charms professor." he said extending his hand. And now that he was looking at the room he could tell that most of it was lit up by the moon.

Shaking his hand she nodded a little. "I'm Sara. Potions professor and head of slytherin house." she said with a smile. "Nice night isn't it?" she commented has she looked out of the window. "Did you go to Hogwarts when you were a kid?" she asked randomly. Her thoughts were now back to when she was here has a girl. Man did the years fly by.

Spencer looked over at the professor has she stated what house she was in. It was hard to believe that she was in that house. "I was in Hufflepuff myself." he said has he took his attention back to the window. "So, was potions your favorite subject has a kid?"

Sara nodded has she learned something new about him. She turned, having her back face the window. "At first, no. I guess it just grew on me." she admitted this has she thought back to her fourth year when she really started to get a hand of things. "What about you? Where you into Charms when you attended?"

"A little I guess." he replied with a shrug. He turned his back to the window has well. "So, is patrolling the school really necessary? Do you ever catch many students?"

"I haven't caught anyone personally but I've seen very few get caught." she replied. Sara began to walk forward then turned around to face James. "I guess I should get back to patrolling. Do you care to join me?" she asked knowing that she could use the company.

Walking down the steps next to him Sara thought for a minute. "Three terms. Maybe four." she guessed. "I lose count easily." she laughed. Reaching the bottom she looked to her right and left. "So, which way shall we go?" she asked.
