Flying

Laila waited untill Ruby had completely disappeared before getting up, grabbing her broom and making her way out to the Quidditch Pitch. Laila hadn't been on her broom all term and she really missed the adrenalin rush. She threw her leg over the broom and kicked off, soaring high into the sky. She needed to clear her mind, especially after the fight with Ruby.

Who did she think she was? Jordan liked her. Jordan had asked her out and Ruby thought she could just come along and ruin it all.

Laila sighed and tried to focus on something else. She pulled out a small ball, one she had previously bewitched to act like a seeker, and threw it into the air. She counted to ten and started to chase after it. Laila hoped to try out for the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team as a Seeker or possibly a chaser.

[Jay Rose]

Flying, sadly something Jay didn't get to do often. Since there was nothing to do, he grabbed his broom and headed outside. It seemed like a descent day outside at the Pitch so he was sure that he would get some good practice flying in. When he reached the Pith he noticed there was someone already flying.

He couldn't tell who it was but he could that they were flying after something. Not wanting to disturb them he waited for the right moment to kick off from the ground. Hopefully this wouldn't talk long.

Laila caught her snitch like ball and took a thirty second breather before releasing it again. While she was letting it get away she noticed there was some one else on the pitch. She couldn't tell who it was but they seemed to be keeping out of her way. She smiled. At least whoever it was was being thoughtful. She suddenly remembered her ball had flown away and quickly started chasing after it.

Seeing that they were after something that resembled a snitch Jay decided to go ahead and fly. Mounting his broom he kicked off of the ground. He looked down has he went soaring into the air. Once he got to a good height he began to fly around trying his best to avoid getting in the other persons way. He darted for the hoops on the right side of the field trying to go has fast has he could. Then he circled them for a while before coming to a stop.
