Dressed in a black and white tux Jay walked through the doors. He looked around for Siva. He wanted to apologize for how stupid he had been. Siva was his best friend, nothing can come between them. He walked around has he looked.

Siva walked in with her blue dress on. Her hair was down in curls and she wore silver high heels. She looked around the room for a familiar face. And she found one, one that she hadn't talk to in a long time. She walked up to Jay and tapped him on his shoulder.

Jay turned when he felt the tap. He turned to see Siva standing there. "Hey." he said looking at her. "Uh, you look...nice." he said with a forced smile. "Look, I wanted to say I'm sorry." he began. "Your my best friend and I should have never...been so mean to you." he explained. "Forgive me?"

Siva looked down for a minute then looked him in the eye. "Yes!" she smiled has she hugged him. "I'm sorry for completely ignoring you." she said just before a new song started. "Wanna dance?" she asked. "Seth hasn't arrived yet." she explained has she grabbed his hand and walked with him the the dance floor.

Glad Siva forgave him, he walked out on the floor with her and began to dance. Finally things were back to normal.

Confident about tonight, Seth walked in. He had a date for the dance and he couldn't wait to see her. He looked around the room wondering where she could be. Then he saw her,on the dance floor, dancing with another guy. This didn't please him...
He walked toward the dance floor....

Siva enjoyed herself has she danced with Jay. As the song came to an end she noticed that Seth had finally arrived. "Well, it was nice dancing with you." she smiled. "Seth's here." she explained has she pointed him out. "So, I guess I'll see you around?"

Jay was sad that their dance had to end so soon. He looked over in the direction that Siva was pointing to see who Seth was. "Yeah, I'll see you around." he replied. He began to walk off toward the punch bowl but first he decided to make a little detour. He walked in Seth's direction and walked right up to him. "Siva is my best friend." he stated to him in a serious tone. "Hurt her....and you'll regret it."he stated looking him straight in the eye. He walked away toward the punch bowl.

Ruby walked in the ballroom with her red gown on. It was her first night at Hogwarts and she couldn't believe she was at her first dance. After looking around for a minute she walked over to the snack table. When she got to the punch bowl she saw another boy standing there. "Hi."

Seth noticed that the gut Siva was dancing with was walking right toward him. Crossing his arms he looked at him has he spoke. With a displeased look on his face he listen to his threats. Controlling his urge to hit him he watched him walk away. Rolling his eye he walk up to Siva. "Hey." he smirked has he looked at her. "You look nice."

Siva watched has jay walked away. She noticed that he walked over to Seth and spoke to him. For a moment she thought he was going to start a fight. Wonder what he said? she thought has she saw him walk away. She smiled has Seth approached her. "Hi, thanks." she blushed. "You look nice too. Wanna dance?" she asked has another fast song came on.
